6. Delivery

- The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
- Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will occur within 30 days of the order confirmation being issued.

- Unclaimed orders are subject to a handling fee of 150 SEK, including return shipping costs.
7. Return Policy
- When purchasing products from the Website, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason, except as noted below. Notify us within 30 days of receiving the product if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- You may open the packaging to inspect the product but must not break any seals.
- You are responsible for the condition of the returned product from when you receive it until we have received it.
- Unused and undamaged products may be returned within the 30 day return window completely free of charge.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item and will be made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

8. Complaints
- Inspect products upon receipt and report any damage to packaging directly to the carrier or pick-up point.

- Complaints made within two weeks of discovering the defect are considered timely.
- If you need to return the defective product, we will cover shipping costs.
- You are responsible for the product’s condition until we receive it.
- Once we have inspected the product and confirmed the complaint is valid, we will either repair the product, replace it, or issue a refund, including shipping costs.
- If the product is deemed not defective, we reserve the right to deny the complaint and will not reimburse any return shipping costs.
